Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- Hilary Oneck, minister of Internal Affairs of Uganda, and his party arrived here by air on Wednesday on the occasion of the 63rd birthday of the DPRK.

The DPRK Ministry of People's Security arranged a reception in honor of the Ugandan minister and his party.
