Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il received a floral basket from the Japanese delegation for round-table talks on the DPRK issue on the occasion of the 63rd birthday of the DPRK.

The basket was handed to an official concerned by Professor Emeritus of Hiroshima Shudo University Kazuyoshi Hishiki, head of the delegation, on Thursday.
