Tehran, September 7 (KCNA) -- Iran opened to public a new type home-made ground-to-air missile on September 4.

The minister of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics of Iran said this medium-range missile might be used for electronic warfare,

Based on the technology of dealing with precision radar signal, the missile has an advanced launching pad, he noted, adding that its range is 40 km but will increase in the future.
