Moscow, September 7 (KCNA) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov clarified the stand of opposing the armed intervention from outside, speaking at Moscow State International Relations' University recently.

The experience in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries shows that in the final analysis only the people of these countries are capable of deciding the destiny of their countries in the end, he stressed.

Foreign armed intervention in dispute in any country and region would only create conditions for aggravating conflict in the relevant region, he noted.
