Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- The Russian delegation of Maritime Territorial Branch of "United Russia" Party laid a floral basket before the statue of President Kim Il Sung on Mt. Ryongnam on Thursday.

Members of the delegation laid a floral basket and made bows before his statue with boundless reverence for him who devoted his whole life to the prosperity of the country and the people's happiness and made an undying contribution to the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations and global independence.

The delegation led by Vladimir Novikov, member of the Regional Political Council of the Maritime Territorial Branch of the party and mayor of Artyom City, arrived here by air today.
