Pyongyang, September 8 (KCNA) -- A deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party in south Korea made public a commentary on Sept. 6 blasting the puppet authorities for such submission to the U.S. as allowing the import of American beef.

The commentary referred to the "WikiLeaks'" recent disclosure of the fact that the present south Korean chief executive promised to immediately open the beef market to the U.S. right after the "presidential" election.

This gave the lie to the "government's" clarification that there was no prior consultation about the clinching of the negotiations for the import of American beef in April 2008, the commentary noted.

It demanded the chief executive chiefly responsible for the candle light rallies that swept all over south Korea properly disclose the truth about the humiliating negotiations and immediately apologize to the people for this.
