Pyongyang, September 9 (KCNA) -- Hilary Onek, minister of Internal Affairs of Uganda, and his party went back home on Friday.

During the stay, they saw the parade of the Worker-Peasant Red Guards celebrating the 63rd founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and appreciated the grand gymnastic and artistic performance "Arirang", winner of Kim Il Sung Prize.
