Travelogue on DPRK: Russian Merited Actress

Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- The International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions on Sept. 6 posted on its Internet homepage a travelogue on the DPRK titled "My First Visit to DPRK" written by Allyona Susova, a Russian merited actress who participated in the 27th April Spring Friendship Art Festival.

The travelogue said:

My grandfather told me before my departure for Pyongyang: "You are going to a genuine country, the most beautiful country. There you will know what type of people true people are. You will understand how to educate the younger generation, in particular."

My grandfather was right.

In Pyongyang I saw kind and simple Koreans and found streets very clean.

A genuine country is a country where people with clean mind live, I think.

My grandfather who participated in World War II deeply cherished, experiencing the hard-fought war, the faith that the mind of a human being should always be clean though everything may change.

The Soviet people fought for their leader and country during the Great Patriotic War.

My grandfather implanted true patriotism into my mind from my childhood.

At the Kumsusan Memorial Palace I was deeply moved to see all visitors pay high tribute to President Kim Il Sung with tearful eyes and thought of a lot of things.

Such people with noble mind as Koreans and such clean city as Pyongyang can hardly be found in any other countries.

The Korean people are now devotedly working to materialize leader Kim Jong Il's plan for building a thriving nation.

Only a bright future is in store for this country.
