Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo said Wednesday that China would like to advance all-round exchanges and cooperation with Vietnam to benefit the two countries.

China's Science and Technology Minister Wan Gang has pledged to enhance scientific cooperation with Costa Rica during a meeting with his Costa Rican counterpart Alejandro Cruz.
