Pyongyang, September 10 (KCNA) -- Seoul Shinmun of south Korea on September 6 editorially denounced the corruption within the military.

The editorial referred to the recent incident in which a south Korean puppet army soldier shot his several colleagues to death at a Kanghwado coastal post of the Second Division of the Marine Corps on July 4. This is a product of the corrupt and depraved life rife in the unit, it noted, and continued:

Soldiers are go so depraved, subject to ceaseless harsh violence by superiors in the army that they drink liquor and get divorced from their duties, creating a stir.

What matters is that the military fails to take measures against these practices though it is well aware of them, but further encourage them.
