Havana, September 10 (KCNA) -- A floral basket was sent to the DPRK embassy in Havana on September 9 by Raul Castro Ruz, president of the State Council who is also president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, on the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the DPRK.
