Pyongyang, September 12 (KCNA) -- A deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea issued a commentary on Sept. 9 accusing the puppet authorities of their deceptive measure taken over the registration fee issue.

The commentary recalled that the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology on Sept. 8 announced it would cut down university registration fee 5 percent.

The election commitment made and touted by the present chief executive was to halve the registration fee, it said, accusing the government of talking about its 5 percent reduction at present.

This proposal which lacks any measure to prevent the registration fee hike at private universities is not a true solution to the registration fee issue, it charged.

Students and their parents are rejecting the "government's" deceptive proposal, it added.
