Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- The Kim Jong Suk Library of Peru made public the bulletin titled "63rd Anniversary of DPRK" to commemorate the anniversary on Sept. 5.

The bulletin carried the photos of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk. It edited an article saying:

Kim Il Sung founded the DPRK 63 years ago. Since then it has made rapid progress in all fields including economy and culture to be well known to the world.

The DPRK has developed the national economy relying on its own resources.

In the DPRK, the only tax-free country in the world, the people are provided with all the conveniences for life including dwelling houses and rest conditions by the state.

The bulletin noted that the Korean people have smashed the ceaseless sanctions by the U.S. imperialists and built the independent national economy. Sanctions can never bring down socialist Korea, it added.

The DPRK, which has the defence industry developed under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il, high revolutionary spirit and the powerful army equipped with modern combat and technological means, will beat back any invaders at a stroke.
