Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun met and had a talk with a delegation of the Ministry of the External Affairs of India led by its Secretary for East Asia Sanjay Singh, when it paid a courtesy call on him Tuesday.
