Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- Nikolai Borzhzya, secretary of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, in a press conference on September 9 clarified the stand of the organization opposing the interference in the internal affairs of other countries.

The organization will never interfere in the internal affairs of the independent countries, he said, declaring: But in case a third country interferes in its members nations, it will take a resolute step.

It will not use armed forces unconditionally in settling issues, he noted.
