Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- Business conditions of Japan are getting serious due to the continued economic depression.

The current conditions index in Japan's service sector fell to 47.3 in August from 52.6 in July, the Cabinet Office said Thursday in its survey.

The Japanese economy shrank at an annualized rate of 2.1 percent in the three months through June in inflation-adjusted terms, the government said Friday.
