Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- Colombia is intensifying the struggle to prevent the acts of illegally excavating gold and smuggling it.

Recently the security organ of the country detected 10 different illegal gold mining sites and arrested 19 alleged illegal gold miners. It also confiscated more than 7 kilograms of gold in smuggling from a foreign-flagged ship off the coast of Cartagena.
