Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- Enterprises are going bankrupt in Japan en masse due to the continued economic depression.

The number of corporate bankruptcies in August is 1 026, Tokyo Shoko Research said on Sept. 8.

Total debts left by those enterprises are 794.05 billion yen.

Meanwhile, Japan's exports fell by 2.3 percent from a year earlier in July, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance Thursday.
