Pyongyang, September 14 (KCNA) -- Singapore had 221 confirmed HIV (Human immunodeficiency virus) cases diagnosed in the first half of 2011, the minister of State for Health of this country said Saturday.

The Singaporean government is taking measures to prevent the spread of this disease.
