Tehran, September 14 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Iran on Sept. 12 referred to the country's external policy.

He said that Iran's regional policy has always been based on the principles of good neighborliness, mutual respect and non-intervention in other countries' affairs.

The domineering powers have launched smear propaganda against Iran in a bid to create mistrust among regional countries and wreck the stability and security in the region, he charged.
