Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- European Union's home affairs commissioner, Cecilia Malmstrom, in a press conference on Friday slammed the U.S. for not closing the Guantanamo prisoner camp.

The U.S., which vowed initially to shut down the Guantanamo prison, has kept them still now, Malmstrom said.

It is shameful that it (Guantanamo) is still open, and we continue to remind the U.S. that it should be closed down, Malmstrom noted.
