Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- The Korean Peninsula Peace Forum, one of the south Korean civic organizations, announced that it would have a ceremony on October 4, the 4th anniversary of a north-south declaration, the south Korean Yonhap News reported.

It also plans to invite international relations experts to a symposium for discussing the issues of building a special peace and cooperation zone in the West Sea of Korea and establishing a peace regime on the Korean peninsula.
