Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- A deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea in a commentary Wednesday denounced the "Grand National Party" for deceiving the people.

That day the GNP representative made a radio speech on part-time job and registration fee of university students, the commentary said.

Is any sincerity felt there as the GNP is to blame for increasing part-time jobs, leaving people unemployed, the commentary queried, adding:

It is coward for the GNP representative to try to shift the responsibility for the registration fee hike on to the preceding "government."

The ruling party is busy concealing its wrongs, indifferent to the people's suffering.

The people no longer pin any hope on the GNP.
