Pyongyang, September 16 (KCNA) -- A reception was given at the Malaysian embassy in the DPRK Friday on the national day of Malaysia.

Among those present there on invitation were Minister of Foreign Affairs Pak Ui Chun, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Pak Kil Yon and Vice-Minister of Foreign Trade Ri Myong San.

Diplomatic envoys of foreign countries and international organizations in DPRK were also present.

Charge d'Affaires ad Interim Mohamad Hasril Abdul Hamid and staff members of the Malaysian embassy hosted the event.

Speeches were made there.
