Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- The Ghanaian People and the National Democratic Congress of Ghana will always stand on the side of freedom and justice and cooperate with the Korean people for the good of ourselves and posterity and for a better world.

The National Democratic Congress of Ghana said this in a statement on Sept. 8 on the 63rd anniversary of the DPRK.

For more than six decades the DPRK has registered many achievements and sincerely discharged its duty for the world peace and security, while adhering to independence and identity in the nation-building, the statement noted.

The National Democratic Congress of Ghana expresses belief that the DPRK will make bigger contributions to peace, stability and cooperation on the Korean Peninsula, it said.
