Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- Australian business confidence plunged in August to the lowest level since mid-2009 as the economy was struggling to emerge from the global financial crisis, the National Australia Bank (NAB) monthly business survey showed on Tuesday.

NAB said its business confidence index dropped 10 points to minus eight in August.
