Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- King Abdullah II of Jordan on Sunday rejected Israeli wrong assertion.

Several Israeli Knesset members have been calling lately for making Jordan as an alternative homeland for the Palestinians. "Jordan will not be an alternative country for anyone," the king said.

The army and people of Jordan will defend their country, he stressed.
