Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism issued bulletins with a photo of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk on the 62nd anniversary of her demise. The Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea in a bulletin titled "Kim Jong Suk, brilliant life" said that the woman commander of Mt. Paektu devoted her all to the safety and health of President Kim Il Sung, father of socialist Korea and pioneer of the cause of global independence. She, who embarked upon the road of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle in her early years, regarded it as her noble mission before the country and the people to look up to the President as the destiny of Korea and the sun of the nation and defend him at the risk of her life, the bulletin said, and went on: She was a competent commanding officer who trained guerrillas to be fighters with ardent love for the country and the people and indomitable faith and will with her practical examples. She performed great feats in the work to build new Korea after the liberation. Her noble life dedicated to the liberation of Korea and the building of a new country is shining along with the eternally prospering DPRK. The Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism in a bulletin noted that she brought up her son in a patched quilt in a simple log cabin of the Secret Camp on Mt. Paektu amid gun roars of the grim anti-Japanese war, not in a soft cradle of tranquil mansion. She made sure that he would successfully carry forward the cause of the President with arms. Her desire has come true with the DPRK making leap forward to the eminence of a thriving nation under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il, it stressed. |
