Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) -- Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea (IIJI), and his party laid a floral basket before the statue of President Kim Il Sung on Ryongnam Hill on Monday.

They paid tribute to the President in humble reverence.
