Beijing, September 18 (KCNA) -- The head of the Organization Department of the C.C., the Communist Party of China called on secretaries of town and village party committees to fully perform their duties.

Addressing the opening ceremony of the first-term national training course of secretaries of town and village party committees held in Beijing on Sept. 14, Li Yuanchao called upon them to learn from examples of excellent party secretaries and serve the people in a responsible manner.

They should also steadily improve their political qualification and work ability, taking the lead in the efforts for a scientific development and stability of the rural communities.
