Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- Korean book and photo exhibitions and film shows took place in Democratic Congo, Nigeria, India, Myanmar and Malaysia between September 1 and 7 on the 63rd anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Displayed in the venues of the exhibitions were works of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, photos showing their exploits and books and photos introducing the Korean people in their struggle for building a great prosperous and powerful nation.

Participants of the film shows watched Korean films including "Reply of Korea" and "Pyongyang at Night".

Present at the events were personages in various circles and masses of those countries.
