Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- The Group of Youth for the Study of Kim Jong Il Juche Idea in Vienna, Austria on Sept. 10 issued a bulletin titled "On 63rd anniversary of DPRK".

The bulletin edited an article with a portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung.

The founding of the DPRK would be unthinkable without the august name of the President, the article said, and went on:

The Korean people won a victory in the three year-long Fatherland Liberation War and built a powerful socialist industrial state under the leadership of the President.

After the President passed away all of a sudden, leader Kim Jong Il, taking the heavy burden of the country on his shoulders, has pursued the unique Songun politics, firmly defending socialism from the enemy's constant provocations for a war and moves to stifle the DPRK.

The DPRK has developed into a powerful industrial state which succeeded in launching satellites twice by its own efforts.

The DPRK under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il is an impregnable socialist fortress which no aggressor dares attack.
