Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- A sectional workshop of the International Symposium in Commemoration of Kim Il Sung University's 65th Anniversary took place at Kim Il Sung University on Tuesday.

Present there were scholars of educational institutions and the Academy of Social Sciences in the DPRK, delegations and delegates from different countries and members of the delegation of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon).

The workshop was divided into economics and finance, history, philosophy, law, linguistics, literature, mathematics, physics and life science panels.

At the workshop its participants heard papers such as "Foreign Investment Climate in the DPRK" (Dr. and Associate Professor Ri Myong Suk, teacher of Kim Il Sung University), "Requirements for Interviews for Economic Cooperation among Countries" (Li Chunri, doctor and associate professor of Yanbian University, China), "The Historical View on the Establishment of the Mode of the Songun Politics in the DPRK" (Associate Professor Ri Song Jin, head of a Department of Kim Il Sung University), "On the Influence of Existential Philosophy to Jelinek's Works" (Xiao Shufen, professor of Yangzhou University, China), "Account of Possibility and Limitation of Durable Regional Cooperation System of Northeast Asia" (Eric Ballbach, professor of Berlin Free University, Germany), "Electronic Sources of Scientific Education of Russian Language: Experiences in their Development and Utilization" (Galina Kedrova, vice dean of Moscow Lomonosov State University, Russia), "Study on Unfolding Modality of Poetry of Ethnic Koreans in China in 2000's" (Ding Fengxi, doctor and associate professor of Yantai University, China), "Study on d-Spiral and Subspaces in Pseudo Riemannian Space" (Song Hwa Hon, a teacher at Korea University, Chongryon), "Bergman Spaces and its Operators" (Professor Lu Yufeng, head of the Academy of Mathematics of Dalian University of Technology, China), "Fracture Mechanics of Composites with Complex Interfaces" (Professor Wu Linzhi, head of School of Natural Sciences of Harbin Institute of Technology, China) and "Functioning of Plant Diversity within Grassland Ecosystem" (Dr. Wang Deli, director of an Institute of Northeast Normal University, China).
