Pyongyang, September 20 -- The south Korean Federation of University Students in the 21st Century formed the headquarters of the movement for getting students' living expenses halved to help them improve their living conditions, according to MBC of south Korea.

The organization at an inaugural ceremony held at Sukmyong Women's University on Sept. 17 said that huge expenses have to be paid by the students for their living due to skyrocketing commodity prices, etc. expressing its will to launch full-scale actions to have these living expenses cut down.

It would launch positive actions to force the authorities and different universities to investigate their living, ensure their living conditions at dormitories and bring down commodity prices in the future.
