Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez, and President of China Development Bank, Chen Yuan, inked on Thursday an agreement to finance 137 collaboration projects in technological, agricultural and infrastructure matters and other sectors.

Mexican Ambassador to Peru Manuel Rodriguez Arriaga said bilateral commerce soared 250% through the past decade to $1.5bn in 2010 alone but Mexican investments here will concentrate in mining, telecommunications, food, constructions, finances and cosmetics.
