Pyongyang, September 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Netherlands led by Paul Alex Menkveld, ambassador of Netherlands to the DPRK, arrived here by air on Wednesday.

Arriving on the same day was a delegation of the All-China Journalists Association led by Zhang Xinxin, chief editor of the China News Service.
