Pyongyang, September 21 (KCNA) -- An agreement on exchange and cooperation between Kim Il Sung University of the DPRK and Liaoning University of China in the educational and scientific fields was signed in Pyongyang on Wednesday.

Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were First Vice-President Kim Kyun and officials of Kim Il Sung University and from Chinese side members of the delegation of Liaoning University headed by its Deputy President Guo Yongxin.

An agreement on cooperation between Kim Il Sung University and Harbin Institute of Technology of China in the educational and scientific fields was inked on Tuesday.

Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Song Ja Rip, president of Kim Il Sung University and minister of Higher Education, and officials concerned and from the Chinese side members of the delegation of Harbin Institute of Technology headed by its President Wang Shuguo.
