Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Internet paper Thongil News on Sept. 20 disclosed the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean authorities are in the process of working out an adventurous plan for a new war.

It was reported that the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean military authorities agreed to finish by the year-end the drafting of a "joint plan for coping with limited provocations" under the pretext of countering someone's "provocation."

This plan calls for making a timely and effective use of the U.S. forces in contingency.

It also specifies the duties of operation formations and strike procedures.

The puppet Defense Ministry said that it has strengthened the commanding system for five islands in the West Sea of Korea and deployed detecting and strike forces there, underscoring the need to "stage joint exercises with U.S. forces periodically and examine them in the future."
