Beijing, September 21 (KCNA) -- The vice-president of China called for establishing a good habit of economizing and rationally utilizing water throughout the country.

Addressing an event held in Beijing recently to mark the day of scientific and technological dissemination, Xi Jinping said China should develop science and technologies, with emphasis put on economizing energy resources and protecting environment.
