Pyongyang September 23 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy on Sept. 12 posted on its Internet homepage an article introducing south Korean people's actions against the "government".

The struggle of the people to win democracy and vital rights against the authorities' pro-big businessmen policy and unpopular policy is mounting higher in south Korea, the homepage said.

Giving a detailed account of the fourth bus rally for hope held in Seoul on August 27 and 28, the article noted:

The security authorities, much upset by the evermore intensified anti-"government" struggle of south Korean people, ran wild with suppression by hurling riot police.

But no crackdown can ever quell the strong enthusiasm and spirit of the people in their actions for rights to work and exist, democracy and peace.
