Tehran, September 22 (KCNA) -- Iran has recently pushed forward the development of a new type radar system.

The system is capable of detecting not only planes flying at low-altitude and from long distance but cruise missiles within the range of 3 000 km.

The country is also in the process of developing GPS jamming device capable of diverting cruise missiles. This was made by Tehran Times on Sept. 20.
