Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea posted on Internet homepage an article illustrated by a portrait of Kim Jong Suk, woman commander of Mt. Paektu, on the 62nd anniversary of her demise.

The article said:

Kim Jong Suk was a distinguished revolutionary and great patriot who devoted her all to the country, the people and the generations to come.

She embarked upon the road of revolution in her early years and remained true to the idea and the cause of President Kim Il Sung with arms in her hand.

She was a noble paragon of revolutionaries who made undying contributions to Korea's liberation.

She gave birth to leader Kim Jong Il, a bright star over Mt. Paektu. This was a great jubilee of the nation as it carved out a bright future of the country and the revolution and a historic event which ushered in a new era of carrying forward and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche under the uplifted banner of Songun.

Her desire is becoming a reality under the Songun revolutionary leadership of Kim Jong Il.
