Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, Tuesday sent a message of greeting to Malam Bacai Sanha, president of Guinea-Bissau, on the 38th anniversary of its Republic proclamation.
