Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- New century belongs to the people, said Bolivian President Evo Morales in a speech on Sept. 19 during his visit to Cuba.

The 21st century belongs to the people, not the oligarchic forces, he said, adding: We hope for genuine equality and liberation of all the people in the world.

Capitalism cannot settle the issues facing mankind at present and the U.S. is plundering natural resources of the people in a bid to tide over the capitalist crisis, he added.
