Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, met with Choummaly Sayasone, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and chairman of the Central Committee of Defence and Security of the LPDR, on a visit to the DPRK on Friday.
