Beijing, September 26 (KCNA Correspondent) -- A ceremony to welcome DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK, took place at the Great Hall of the People on Monday.

The premier was accompanied by Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of the DPRK, Ri Su Yong, chairman of the Committee of Joint Venture and Investment of the DPRK, Ri Ryong Nam, minister of Foreign Trade, Kim Sok Jun, minister of State Construction Control, Kim Pong Chol, minister of Commerce, Jang Chol, president of the State Academy of Sciences, Kim Song Gi, vice-foreign minister, and Ri Jong Chol, vice-minister of Metal Industry, Ambassador Ji Jae Ryong and staff members of the DPRK embassy in Beijing.

Present at the ceremony from China's side were Premier Wen Jiabao, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Democratic League, Zhang Ping, head of the National Development and Reform Committee, Chen Deming, Minister of Commerce, Zhang Zhijun, Executive Vice－Minister of Foreign Affairs, Liu Hongcai, Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK, the vice-minister of Culture, Liu Zhenmin, assistant to the foreign minister, and the secretary of the premier.

Choe Yong Rim together with Wen Jiabao reviewed a guard of honor of the three services of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
