Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- The first group of Chinese tourists headed by Quan Jinhua, deputy general manager and director of the International Affairs Department of the Shiyi International Tourist Agency of Heilongjiang Province arrived here Tuesday by Pyongyang-Harbin International Air Service.
