Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- Radioactive substances continue to be detected due to the aftermath of the accident at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant of Japan, a serious social issue.

Radioactive cesium was detected from the rice produced in the area 56 km away from the nuclear power plant, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forest and Fisheries of Japan said on Sept. 23.
