Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- The foreign minister of Iceland recently clarified the country's stand supporting the Palestinian statehood.

If the resolution on recognizing the Palestinian independent statehood is to be submitted to the UN Security Council, Iceland will vote for it, the minister said, stating that the Palestinian independent state ranks among the UN member nations.
