Moscow, September 28 (KCNA) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, addressing the Congress of the "United Russia" Party recently, said that Russia would settle its economic issues itself.

Russia will not ask other countries to help settle its economic issues, he noted.

If one wants aid from other country, one may lose one's sovereignty in its consequence, he said, adding that the Russian people would not allow this.
